One of our technicians will visit the proposed install site to assess whether it is suitable for your Starlink to be installed. If it can be installed to a standard that both the customer and technician are satisfied with, our technician may be available to install the starlink that day. If this is the case, for domestic/residential installations, we will provide a $75 discount code (50% of the site survey fee) which can be applied to the Complete Installation Package fee.
If the technician is not available for the install that day, you will need to book the complete installation package at full price for a later date.
For install locations outside of a 25km radius of any of our technicians, a distance based travel fee will be calculated at checkout. We appreciate your understanding.
If you decide to cancel a booking, Interstellar Installs will provide a full refund, minus a $20 admin fee. Additionally, if a cancellation is made by a customer with less than 4 days notice from the booking date, 50% of the total booking cost will be nonrefundable.
