Already have Starlink installed and just want your router upgraded?

Having issues with your Starlink cable/router/dish and want a technician on site?

Our technician will attend your property and professionally replace your existing Starlink router with a newer model and confirm everything is connected and working correctly.

This service is for customers who already have a Starlink dish and router installed and only require a router upgrade. Typically completed within 30 minutes.

On request our technician will also provide you with a report that can be sent to Starlink as verification of the upgrade/repair when making a claim. This may help you recieve a free months subscription on request.

Your Starlink installation does not need to have been completed by our team.

What’s included

  • On-site visit by a qualified technician

  • Removal of your existing Starlink router

  • Installation of your new Starlink router (supplied by the customer)

  • Connection to your existing Starlink system

  • Basic setup and testing

  • Internet connection check on one device

Additional I.T. support (if required)

If you request help with other I.T. or network issues (such as Wi-Fi problems, device setup, home network troubleshooting or configuration), or if issues are discovered that fall outside a standard router swap, this time will be charged at $70 per additional 30 minutes.

Please note

  • We do not provide the new router

  • This service does not include relocating the dish, running new cabling, or repairing existing cabling or hardware faults

  • Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding

For bookings outside of a 25km radius of any of our technicians, a distance based travel fee will be calculated at checkout. We appreciate your understanding.

If you decide to cancel a booking, Interstellar Installs will provide a full refund, minus a $20 admin fee. Additionally, if a cancellation is made by a customer with less than 4 days notice from the booking date, 50% of the total booking cost will be nonrefundable.
